Duties of a Director vs Duties of a Teacher

A Director's job is very much more complicated than a teacher. A Director is required to act in genuine interest of the company's interest at all times. The Director shouild always show honesty, Care, and diligence while making company decisions. A Director should avoid positions were his or her personal interest may be in conflict with his duty. A Directors primary position is to take care of the staff, make sure the budget is right, make sure all the children are getting what they need and most important is making sure all their parents are satisfied with their service. Now a teacher deals directly with the children and parents on a regular basis. Teachers interact with their students daily and they make schedules of all the activities that the children would be working on. ( lesson Planning) teachers main goal is to make sure the children are getting what is needed daily. Teachers focus mainly on children and the Director focuses mainly on the staff and the budget.
